Target your application: Don't send a generic resume! Highlight experiences, skills, and coursework that match your target graduate role and show off your analytical prowess, problem-solving superpowers, and communication skills.

Prepare for the Recruitment Process

Application: Polish your resume – ensure there are no spelling or grammar errors. It will help you to showcase your attention to detail. Remember to upload your most relevant academic transcript.

eSkill assessment: Prepare for a 30-minute online competency-based assessment, testing your numerical, verbal and logical reasoning.

Telephone interview: A 20-minute initial conversation with our HR team member. Be prepared to answer general questions about your experience and some motivational questions. Make sure you have some questions for us – we value curiosity.

Assessment day – an in-person, multi-stage activity:

Interview: Meet our hiring managers and prepare for a 45-minute interview. Prepare for in-depth questions about your degree/past experiences and how you demonstrate skills relevant to the internship. Be real, articulate, and bring examples to life. Think outside the box and share your story with life examples.
Group assessment: Teamwork makes the dream work! Collaborate in a 60-minute group activity, showcasing your communication and problem-solving prowess.
Individual case study: A 45-60 minute taste of real-life work at FTI Consulting. Think strategically, analyse like a champ, and showcase your decision-making chops.
