Get to know us

Dive deep: Familiarise yourself with our Prosple profile and the "Student" section on our website to have a good understanding of our areas of expertise, recent projects, and company culture. 

Target your application: Don't send a generic resume! Highlight experiences, skills, and coursework that match your target graduate role and show off your analytical prowess, problem-solving superpowers, and communication skills.

Prepare for the Recruitment Process

Application: Polish your resume – ensure there are no spelling or grammar errors. It will help you to showcase your attention to detail. Remember to upload your most relevant academic transcript. 

eSkill assessment: Prepare for a 30-minute online competency-based assessment, testing your numerical, verbal and logical reasoning.

Telephone interview: A 20-minute initial conversation with our HR team member. Be prepared to answer general questions about your experience and some motivational questions. Make sure you have some questions for us – we value curiosity.

Assessment day  an in-person, multi-stage activity: 

  • Interview: Meet our hiring managers and prepare for a 45-minute interview. Prepare for in-depth questions about your degree/past experiences and how you demonstrate skills relevant to the internship. Be real, articulate, and bring examples to life. Think outside the box and share your story with life examples. 
     
  • Group assessment: Teamwork makes the dream work! Collaborate in a 60-minute group activity, showcasing your communication and problem-solving prowess.
     
  • Individual case study: A 45-60 minute taste of real-life work at FTI Consulting. Think strategically, analyse like a champ, and showcase your decision-making chops.

Remember to dress professionally.
