Recruitment Process

  1. A screening with our head of People & Culture
  2. A coffee date with your Centre Leader (to get to know each other in an informal setting, because getting to know YOU is important to us)
  3. A pedagogical assessment at the service where you get to see what we are about and you get to see what we are about
  4. (for Leadership positions only) An interview with out parent committee
  5. Contract negotiation

Remuneration & Career Growth

We don't have set salaries for positions in our organisation. Even though we are small, for the right talent we pay top of market. You let us know what you expect in terms of salary and we will work with you from there.
