Our graduate program aims to provide you with the opportunity to explore specific areas of the construction industry by exposing you to different facets of the business. Each graduate must complete four modules over twelve months.
You will be mentored by leaders throughout the business and be provided with strong support from line managers and peers. We work closely to develop career goals and expand your skills in order to create a professional development plan.
We look for graduates who are all-rounders, positive, creative and have a drive to learn. You will need to be a clear, effective communicator who can build rapport with stakeholders.
