    Our Graduate Program

Our Graduate program will provide three talented graduates with the chance to immerse themselves in our fast-growing business and to expand their knowledge of our inspiring and innovative industry. This exciting opportunity will be based at our head office located in Mulgrave, Victoria.

Our Graduate program is a 2-year program with three rotational 8-month assignments across three divisions: Finance / Business Intelligence, Aftersales and one of our prestigious brands. During our finance rotation, our graduates will be exposed to different functions including financial and management accounting. There will be a focus on the continuous improvement functions as well as exposure to Business Intelligence. Within Aftersales, graduates will deep dive into the Aftersales results and will look into current offerings and potential new solutions to determine how we can best take them to market. You will investigate competitor service activity through market research and identify gaps and opportunities, participating in projects to bring these initiatives to fruition. Within our brands, you will support the implementation of new systems, processes, and infrastructure to achieve improved business efficiency and accuracy, be involved with event assistance with the launch of new products as they arise and assist with the execution of marketing plans, support sales operations and be involved in ad hoc projects.
As a global company, we take pride in ensuring that all employees are provided with support and mentoring throughout their careers with us. Our graduates will be provided with mentoring sessions from our internal management team as well as support from our Human Resources team. Additionally, we have a tailored learning and development program to ensure that our staff members are driving their own development.

    Key features of our program

    • Rotational 8-month assignments across three departments; Finance / Business Intelligence, Aftersales, and one of our globally recognised brands
    • Potential short retail or international rotation at one of our head offices at the completion of the 2-year program (Mercedes-Benz in Germany, Fuso in Japan or Daimler Trucks in North America)
    • Regular Assessment and Goal setting sessions with department managers
    • Mentor and Buddy support from managers and senior leaders
    • Ongoing soft skills training during each rotation
