If you're a female or non-binary student looking to kickstart your career in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and/or Maths, apply to participate in our FREE development and networking program.

We accept applications from students:

• at university anywhere in Australia
• studying a STEAM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics—and/or dual degree with Arts)
• who identify as female or non-binary
• who are eager to gain employment in STEAM roles

This is your opportunity to be part of a free career development program that will increase your employability prior to graduation, featuring:

• Industry networking and employment opportunities with STEAM organisations
• Mentoring with diverse professionals
• Online learning modules to hone your career skills

After ten weeks of diverse learning experiences, mentoring, and resume & interview coaching, participants from the STEAM Ahead Program are empowered to connect directly with potential employers at our Industry Networking Events.

You'll have the opportunity to put some of your new skills into practice and connect with our Industry Partners--organisations invested in advancing women's development.

This event gives participants the opportunity to get one foot in the door by making a positive impression on prospective employers.
