FDM is committed to providing an environment where those with disabilities can actively participate and reach their full potential in the workplace.

Employment rates for people with disabilities in Australia are disproportionately low compared to the rest of the workforce. Because hiring practices can often be biased and discount the abilities of applicants, all of FDM’s hiring managers are trained in disability awareness, countering unconscious bias, and providing support plans for employees who disclose a disability.
