LGBTQ+ at FDM Group Australia

FDM proactively supports LGBTIQA+ inclusiveness and is proud to stand behind the belief of equality for all.

FDM’s employee-led networks provide a community for discussion, support, and connection with others and play a vital role in fostering an empathetic and inclusive culture.

The FDM Pride Network is a peer-led network that champions workplace inclusion for LGBTIQA+ employees and their allies. Through education and representation, the network supports all LGBTIQA+ employees by creating a space to bring their authentic selves into work.

In addition to the Pride Network, FDM’s involvements include Celebrate Pride Month, Global Inclusion Week, Breaking Down the Acronym Event, All About Pronouns Event. FDM also has Global Pride Ambassadors that work throughout the business.
