Ensuring all new starter and leaver tickets are logged to help notify IT Desktop of changes

Log and monitor employee background checks in a timely manner (via First Advantage) for upcoming new starters

Ownership of the HR mailbox, responding to a range of queries and providing advice where necessary

Managing the upkeep of Workday (HRIS) with new starters, leavers, job changes, pay uplifts, reporting line changes, employee info

Supporting visa advertising requirements with the support of our Immigration Consultants

What will you bring to the role?

A desire to begin a fulfilling career in the Human Resources space and a keenness to connect with FNZers, old and new, and build long-lasting relationships

The ability to take initiative and provide timely support to internal and external stakeholders

You’ll be organised, proactive, be able to hand high volumes of requests

Strong Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
