Why Fujitsu?

Fujitsu is so much more than you think! Today, Fujitsu is seen as a global leader in technology and business solutions that transform organisations and the world around us. You may not realise it, but many of the computer systems you use every day are powered by Fujitsu. From retailers and banks right through to utility companies and government departments, weโ€™re behind some of the largest brands and institutions. In fact, for over 50 years, weโ€™ve ensured that Australia and New Zealandโ€™s most critical infrastructure operates smoothly, 24/7, whatever is happening in the world.

Fujitsuโ€™s Purpose

Fujitsuโ€™s Purpose is โ€œto make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation.โ€ We believe in the power of bringing together different people with a shared ambition to create transformational change for our customers and enable positive change in the world. Thatโ€™s how we aim to deliver against our brand purpose.

Our Promise to You

Fujitsu is a place where everyone is trusted to transform, itโ€™s a place where working your way is the right way and where doing the right thing is everything. Itโ€™s also where we achieve together in a leading business that delivers global reach and focuses on local impact.

Our Graduate Program

Our teams all come from a range of backgrounds allowing us to bring our diverse perspectives and experiences to solving our customerโ€™s challenges. By joining our Graduate Program, youโ€™ll work and learn from experts in the field and take on responsibilities that will fast track your career.

If you have a university degree and are an Australian/NZ Citizen, our Graduate Program could be a great fit for you. Our award winning 12-month Graduate Program is focused on preparing future leaders, technical specialists, and industry experts of Fujitsu. Throughout the year, you will experience job specific learning aimed at developing you both personally and professionally. Our Graduate community is tight-knit, social and friendly.

The Fujitsu Graduate Experience

Throughout the 12-month program you will:

  • Be eligible for personalised technical and professional development.
  • Have the opportunity to build your career and social network.
  • Explore your career potential with dedicated coaching and career conversations.
  • Get involved with a range of projects and experiences across our business.

At the start of the Graduate Program, you will be assigned a buddy from our Graduate Alumni Community to provide additional support and act as a sounding board for any questions. There are also a number of social clubs, initiatives and activities formed by employees that can assist you in strengthening and expanding your professional network.

Diversity & Inclusion

At Fujitsu, we believe in the power of human difference to create a better future in a digital and diverse world. We understand that the insights of many voices will make Fujitsu stronger and more innovative. Fujitsu strives to be a place where everyone can be completely themselves.

We welcome applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people; women and gender diverse people; Mฤori and Pacific people; LGBTI+ people; people with a disability; culturally and linguistically diverse people; and veterans and emergency responders.

If you donโ€™t tick every box, please donโ€™t rule yourself out. Research suggests that women and other people in underrepresented groups tend to only apply if they meet every requirement. We focus on hiring people who value inclusion, collaboration, adaptability, courage, and integrity, rather than ticking boxes โ€“ so if this role resonates with you, please apply.
