We have an exciting new opportunity to join the Fujitsu graduate program as an Associate Software Developer in February 2024.

What will you be doing? 

As a Graduate Associate Software Developer, you will be working with leading customers across the public sector and commercial environments, you will gain experience in application development, integration, testing and optimisation of our customer solutions. 

We are looking for graduates with a background in Information Technology or Computer Science, with a desire to build a career as a software developer. Ideally you will have majored in software development and have some competency in programming languages. You will be supported to learn and grow throughout the graduate program with opportunities to complete technical certifications. 

To be eligible for this role, when submitting your application, you must be:

  • An Australian Citizen
  • Have completed all course requirements for your university degree no earlier than 2022 or must be expecting to complete all course requirements for your degree no later than February 2024.

Recruitment Process: 

Step One: Online Application This is an opportunity to stand out and detail who you are, your studies, skills, and experiences. To avoid delays, don’t leave your application until the last minute!

Step Two: Aptitude Testing Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online aptitude test which is used to measure numerical and logical reasoning ability.

Step Three: Panel Interview Successful applicants will be invited to attend a panel interview where you will meet with a diverse group of managers. A great opportunity to ask any questions and show your interest in Fujitsu.

Step Four: Final Interview You will meet with hiring managers for your graduate role. The purpose of this meeting is to get to know you better, we encourage you to share your education, relevant experience and interest in role and Fujitsu.
