Our Opportunity

We are now on the look-out for a passionate, and committed Environmental & Sustainability Graduate to start their career journey in our business. This role will provide a final year student or recent Graduate, a rewarding opportunity on both a personal and professional level, to be part of a tailored development framework, where you can be inspired and learn from our skilled and experienced team members.

Your Contribution:

  • Be involved with the research and implementation of sustainability initiatives, best practice and innovative technology solutions on our projects.
  • Assist in preparing project sustainability submissions.
  • Assist with the facilitation of Climate Risk Workshops and climate risk assessments.
  • Be involved in the development of sustainability documentation including materials/energy/water/carbon calculations, reports and registers.
  • Be involved in sustainability monitoring and ensuring the results are reviewed and acted upon appropriately.
  • Assist with audits and inspections to assess sustainability performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Let’s Connect: 

As an innovative thinker, with a strong desire to learn and deliver positive outcomes, you will display an innate sense of leadership and effective communication.  You will have sound attention to detail and be able to manage technical data efficiently. A Bachelor Degree in Sustainable Systems Engineering, or a related discipline (e.g. Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering), coupled with a current driver's license will also be required.
