GPA is a highly experienced and respected consulting engineering group providing engineering services to Australia's heavy industries since 1987 with offices in Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne and Darwin. GPA delivers multidisciplinary developments for both Greenfield and Brownfield projects; from small projects to designing entire plants and facilities.

Recruitment Process

Applications including cover letter, resume and academic transcript to be submitted via email to hrs@gpaeng.com.au.

Graduate opportunities are available for several engineering disciplines, throughout GPA's office locations. Each engineering discipline/office location will recruit for its own staff.

Two rounds of interviews will be conducted, second interviews will include discipline leads / regional managers.

Suitable candidates will possess:

  • Australian recognised four year engineering degree that satisfies the entry requirements for Chartered membership by Engineers Australia or ICHEME
  • High level of attention to detail and documentation writing
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrive in a team environment
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to define technical requirements and develop solutions
