We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is interested in the property to join our team at our Franchisor Office in Homebush West on a Full-Time basis.

  • You will be part of a dynamic organisation working with a team of high functioning and qualified property professionals providing accounts and administrative support.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Processing, preparing and reconciling invoices
  • Preparing purchase orders
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations, including credit card recs
  • Manage the Accounts Receivable for the department including issuing invoices, monthly statements and collections
  • Maintaining project related data in excel spreadsheets
  • Assist with maintaining the departments asset register
  • Answering telephones and liaising with clients/suppliers as needed
  • General clerical and ad-hoc duties when required, including but not limited to filing and photocopying

About you

Priding yourself on your attention to detail, you will have;

  • The ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent computer skills, particularly with the use of Excel
  • Previous experience or exposure to a similar position
  • This is a busy role and to be successful in this position, you will have thorough attention to detail, strong work ethics, be flexible with a "can-do" attitude.
