Our program begins in February each year, initially based in Hobart, Tasmania. You’ll rotate into different teams and functions, where you can build on your capabilities and determine a career that’s right for you.

What you’ll do:

Our Accounting stream will provide you with the opportunity to experience all facets of Accounting across the organisation including both management and financial accounting. In addition, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to our commercial operations and gain experience in teams aligned to your Accounting specialisation. You’ll work alongside knowledgeable experts who are passionate about developing our future talent.

• Rotate through various teams across Hydro Tasmania
• Depending on your role, you’ll work at sites across Tasmania, including on site at our hydropower stations, dams and lakes
• Be part of big renewable infrastructure projects like Battery of the Nation
• Take part in professional development and networking with your fellow graduates and senior colleagues.

What you’ll bring:

• A recent (graduated within the last 2 years) or upcoming degree in accounting
• Passion, ambition and a commitment to driving positive change
• Willingness to learn and build effective communication and relationships inside the business
