Our program begins in February each year, initially based in Hobart, Tasmania. You’ll rotate into different teams and functions, where you can build on your capabilities and determine a career that’s right for you.

What you’ll do:

Our Environmental graduate stream is ideal for graduates who have an environmental science qualification and a passion for immersing themselves in all aspects of our business. Within this stream you will have the opportunity to not only strengthen your environmental science skills and capability, but also develop a breadth of knowledge of our business through rotations in complimentary teams/business areas. You will work with passionate industry experts to develop a well-rounded skill set to springboard your future career.

• Rotate through various teams across Hydro Tasmania and Entura (our consulting business!)
• Depending on your role, you’ll work at sites across Tasmania, including on site at our hydropower stations, dams and lakes
• Be part of big renewable infrastructure projects like Battery of the Nation
• Take part in professional development and networking with your fellow graduates and senior colleagues.

What you’ll bring:

• A recent (graduated within the last 2 years) or upcoming degree in engineering, science, environmental management, arts
• Passion, ambition and a commitment to driving positive change
• Willingness to learn and build effective communication and relationships inside the business
