Our Team

The IT Advisory team comprises internationally trained professionals with diverse educational backgrounds including business administration, accountancy, engineering, computer science, and other disciplines. They are certified by internationally accepted bodies. KPMG provides access to an experienced group of professionals across disciplines, including assurance, corporate finance, advisory, taxation, and digital. As a result, we can apply a multi-disciplinary approach to projects and formulate a more comprehensive and effective strategy. We’re looking to hire candidates across these domains; Tech/ Developers, Business Analysts, and Project/ Programme Managers.

Key Requirement

• Attitude, eagerness to learn, contribute, and prepared to work for at least 2 years
• Good spoken & written communication skills
• General awareness about IT / Technology trends, Open Source, Banking, etc.
• Engagement in other activities/college initiatives
• MS Office/ emails – assumed to be there!

Project experience

• College Project - an area of work, role in the team, ability to articulate problems and solution
• Tech/ Developers
• Analytical skills / logical problem solving (puzzles etc.)
• Information Technology – BTech/ MCA/ BE/ MSc Computer Science
• Strong in Computer Science Concepts, including Operating systems, DBMS, Networking, Object Orientation
• Programming languages – well versed with at least one programming language – C / C++ / Java / C-Sharp / Python
• Familiarity with IT Applications – Web-based / Client-server / Cloud-based
• Business Analysts
• MBA with a BTech/ BE
• Strong domain orientation exhibited thru’ internship projects/ electives
• Analytical skills / logical problem solving (puzzles etc.)
• PMO - Project Manager
• Bachelor’s degree
• MS Office
• Good project/ internship experience

Qualification

• Consistent academics – a minimum of 60% throughout X, XII, and Graduation with no backlog.
• Must be a finance graduate - B.Com/ Bachelors of Engineering or Bachelors of Technology
