Recruitment Process

15-minute phone screen with a member of our Talent Team, who will discuss the roles and most suited locations with you.
For casual and trainee roles we hold group interviews at our head office in St Leonards, these events usually last two hours.
Passion and eagerness to learn and grow their career in Early Childhood Education & Care.

Remuneration & Career Growth

Salaries vary from Trainee Educator starting at $21.00 dollars per hour to Campus Director at $50.00 dollars per hour. We have attractive salary packages and pay above award.
