Join Optiver’s upcoming Women in Tech & Trading virtual event on Wednesday 16 March from 10am to 1pm AEDT hear from our female Optiverians who have pursued STEM careers they love. Then, after the panel session, you will have the exclusive opportunity to join an ‘Outspoken Women’ development workshop and participate in Optiver's 'Tradeathon'.

Women in Tech & Trading panel session | 10am – 11am AEDT

Hear from a diverse range of female Optiverians as they share their personal career journeys, what attracted them to working at a global trading firm, and more! Their insights will be invaluable for potential candidates and you’ll also have the opportunity to ask them questions towards the end of the session. 

Exclusive ‘Outspoken Women’ Development Workshop | 11am – 12pm AEDT

An exclusive development workshop with highly qualified trainers 'Outspoken Women', to build valuable skills for young professionals going into the workplace. Topics include: how to use the power of influence, messaging, and body language for maximum impact.

Tradeathon | 12pm – 1pm AEDT

Participate in Optiver's 'Tradeathon' with Ben Kaufman, Trader, to learn about market-making in a fun and interactive way. After the session, you will learn more about our programs and how you can apply.
