About the AusPac Graduate Program 

We are delighted to invite applications for our 2025 Graduate program commencing February 2025.  

This is a 2-year program consisting of 2 x 12-month rotations through the AusPac business where you will transition into a permanent position at the conclusion of the program. 

As a part of our Graduate program, you will: 

• Participate in a targeted development pathway, designed to accelerate your on the job learning  
• Be mentored by leaders in the business  
• Connect with a global cohort of like-minded graduates

About the Business Graduate opportunities 

As a Business Graduate, in your first 12-month rotation you will work in a growing Finance team with the ability to have tangible impact on our day-to-day operations.  Some of your responsibilities may include: 

Contribute to strategic projects outside of the general, day to day accounting and finance sphere 

Provide analysis on commercial data, review pricing, products, margins etc 

Work with senior internal stakeholders in working groups on larger strategic projects 

Study Background  

As a Business Graduate, you will be studying or have graduated from a Business or Commerce stream with a Finance related major. You will also ideally have a minor in Marketing or Communications. 

You will have a Bachelor, Post Graduate or Master’s degree in the above disciplines or related fields and have completed your education in 2023 or due to be completed in 2024.  

In addition, you will have full working rights in Australia (with no restrictions) and a current, valid driving licence.  

Locations  

Our 2025 Business Graduate opportunity will be located at our Brisbane office.
