As a Top Employer and a global market leader, we are in the process of one of the most significant transformation ever experienced by a Fortune 500 company. This can be your chance to shape your future and ours – and deliver the most amazing things!

Interested to find out more?

The PMI Commercial Graduate Program is open to Business/Commerce Graduates across New Zealand but also open to Commercially astute Graduates from other disciplines.

The 18 month program entails 3 rotations across various functions of the organisation (e.g. Business Development, Key Account, Brand/Portfolio, Digital, External Affairs, Finance and more). Each 6 month rotation will allow you to fully immerse into the function and maximise your experience as an Early Career superstar!

What happens after the Graduate Program?

  • Applicants should be completing final year of Undergraduate/Post graduate studies by January 2025.

If selected for the next stage, you will be invited to attend an in-person assessment centre* in Late August/ September 2024.

This is the place to be where you will be provided with opportunities of a lifetime and development that help grow to take your career to the next level. Local or Global? You will see!

Please apply online by 14 August 2024 (Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis).

*Please note the selection process, for eligible applicants, will involve participation in an Assessment Centre to be held in Auckland in Late August/Early September 2024 (If you are based outside of Auckland, you will be responsible to organise the travel to and from the assessment centre along with accommodation if required).
