Our Software Development & Engineering Grad Program is designed for you to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Life as a Software Developer and Engineering Grad at REA is quite diverse. You’ll work with the latest full-stack tech and best practices like TypeScript and Functional Programming with Scala. In addition to this, you will:
Upon completion of the 12-month Graduate program, you will be offered a permanent role at REA Group as an Associate Developer!
Our application process is three-fold, consisting of cognitive and psychometric testing, video interviewing and an assessment centre.

We aim to complete our offer process by the end of May. This timing depends on the availability of our tech community which is heavily involved in the selection process.
