We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our APAC Talent Acquisition Team in Sydney, North Ryde.

What you’ll do

  • Manage end to end hiring of Internship, support hiring managers in developing target candidate profiles and attract suitable internship candidates using different tools (job boards, social media platforms, etc.)
  • Support TA Consultants on full time employee recruitment in ANZ including talent sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, etc.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment cycle.
  • Support TA Consultants on ad hoc projects like pipeline building, recruitment marketing, etc.

Your qualifications

  • Undergraduate students with a Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, or in a field related to Social Sciences.
  • Strong communication skills, creative, initiative, at ease in an international environment.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • Discreet, structured, precise, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to commit 5 days a week (Full-Time) for at least 6 months
