Those experiences include the coaching and support of a dedicated Sponsor, tailored learning events on topics such as innovation and commercial acumen, connecting with Graduates from around the country and much more.

      The opportunity

This Graduate role will work with Stockland’s Sales Operation teams who are responsible for maximising financial business performance by providing an in-depth and quality analysis of sales trends. As a Graduate, you will rotate through Stockland’s various other Sales Operations departments to gain a broad overview of the function and its responsibility in ensuring the organisation's success. Throughout your two years, you will have four, 6-month rotations within Operations, Commercial Finance, Customer Insights and Research which will help you decide where you would like to look for your next career step after the Graduate Program finishes.

      Responsibilities are varied, including:

      • Assist in the accurate and timely sales reporting for the portfolio i.e. sales performance and bonus schemes, forecasting and risks.
      • Proactively support national operations to improve performance and drive consistency across the portfolio
      • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders
      • Contribute to team success by working collaboratively with own team members; assisting team members when needed; sharing ideas, knowledge and experience; and seeking to learn from team members.
      • Actively engage in Stockland's sustainability programs and support the delivery of a community and environmental shared value proposition.
      • Undertake or participate in ad hoc projects as required.

      Requirements:

      • You are currently studying for or have completed a suitable degree within 24 months of the program start date, in February 2022.
      • We have a preference for applicants who have studied  Accounting / Commerce or Business Management degrees but will also consider other related degree subjects.
      • You have achieved a 60% grade point average (GPA) or above either to date or overall in your degree subject.
      • Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia or New Zealand.
