      The opportunity: 

      This Graduate role will work with Stockland’s various Marketing teams who are responsible for understanding what drives and motivates Australian consumers, to allow us to build closer relationships and be the voice for our customers across Retail, Retirement Living and Residential Communities. By using key customer insights, we can create engaging and compelling communications that help Australian’s live better lives. As such, you will rotate through Stockland’s various Marketing departments to gain a broad overview of the function and its responsibility in ensuring the organisation's success. Throughout your two years, you will have four, 6-month rotations where 3 are pre-determined and will sit within Group Marketing with the other rotation to be selected by you, with the help and support of your Sponsor This will help you decide where you would like to look for your next career step, after the Graduate program finishes. 

      Responsibilities are varied, including: 

      • Assisting in the development of a compelling content strategy and create engaging and inspiring content for high-value segments as part of a CRM optimisation project  
      • Understanding our customer segmentation and determine the most appropriate messages for our audiences based on this segmentation 
      • Test and provide feedback on new data tools for use across Group Marketing and other business units.  
      • Take ownership for a customer initiative in our built form business  
      • Collaborate with Marketing Managers and project teams to support project launches  
      • Assessing and reporting on the performance of marketing communications, reviewing the data available, understanding the key metrics for success in each channel and suggesting and implementing optimisations to drive the program to continuous improvement. 

      Requirements: 

      • You are currently studying for or have completed a suitable degree within 24 months of the program start date, in February 2022. 
      • We have a preference for applicants who have studied a Marketing/Communications degree but will also consider other related degree subjects. 
      • You have achieved a 60% grade point average (GPA) or above either to date or overall in your degree subject. 
      • Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia or New Zealand.
