The Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS) and the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation (JTSI) are responsible for a variety of work in Western Australia, within sectors such as resources, science and innovation and industry. As such we are looking for graduates with a range of qualifications and interests.

Our graduate officers have the opportunity to be involved in and contribute to projects and initiatives across the Western Australian public sector, that will benefit our wider community. 

What can candidates expect in your recruitment

What remuneration and career growth

We offer our graduates an attractive salary, commencing at $71,896 AUD per annum (as at June 2020) plus 9.5% superannuation, as well as flexible working hours and a metropolitan location. 

You will have the opportunity to develop skills and capabilities that may assist you to progress your career within the public sector on completion of the graduate program.
