Transgrid launches electric ute trial

Transgrid CEO Brett Redman was joined by Minister for Climate Change and Energy the Hon Chris Bowen to launch our trial of the first electric ute released in Australia - the 2023 LDV eT60.

The trial is part of Transgrid's commitment to reaching net zero by 2040, including eliminating all emissions from our passenger and commercial fleet by 2030.

I acknowledge that Murdoch University is situated on the lands of the Whadjuk Noongar people.

I pay respect to the enduring and dynamic culture and the leadership of Noongar elders both past and present.
