The opportunity

Our current Analyst is commencing her OE in February 2023 so ideally with a handover and start date to suit your personal circumstances, you'll work closely with the Head of Sustainability and liaise with the General Manager External Affairs, to support our Sustainability Governance and Advisory Groups, along with supporting sustainability programme initiative leads to deliver. 

You'll have impact by ensuring:

  • Sustainability initiative workstreams are monitored and managed to ensure delivery of the overall programme
  • Key performance indicators are developed in collaboration with the appropriate internal partners to allow effective programme tracking and delivery against Sustainability aspirations
  • Greenhouse Gas emissions are accurately recorded and reported on
  • Best practice sustainable procurement and supply chain opportunities are taken into account
  • Costs and schedules are understood, forecasted and communicated
  • Sustainability programme initiatives are successfully embedded within the business

What will you bring?

To be considered, you'll demonstrate well-developed verbal and written communication skills with an ability to tease out facts.

Comfortable in a collaborative, high workload, task-driven environment requiring attention to detail you will use your previous experience navigating ambiguity to develop sound practices and processes. 

Your CV and cover letter will reveal:

  • Previous experience working in a project or programme co-ordination role in a large/complex environment
  • Excellent analytical skills, comfort with developing both qualitative and quantitative metrics, and the ability to draw insight from analysis
  • Understanding and experience in preparing Greenhouse Gas emissions inventories
  • Customer centricity, excellent time management, co-ordination, organisational and administrative skills

Whist not essential, an interest in influencing sustainable procurement and supply chain outcomes would be advantageous.
