Based in our Waikoukou Head Office in Wellington, your work will be pivotal to maintaining overall team effectiveness, so you'll have amazing attention to detail, and be able to work at pace but with care, to:

  • Manage the team inbox - following up queries, updating resource plans, and providing information as requested
  • Action requests to update cost data base information, provide reports for project managers, and coordinate access and training
  • Updating documents, training manuals, and the group SharePoint site
  • Provide administration support for meetings, including inviting attendees and booking/updating meetings and meeting rooms as well as taking meeting notes for reports

What will you bring?

You are someone working in corporate administration who loves to anticipate team needs and action them seamlessly.  With verbal and written communication skills that are timely and engaging, you'll get a kick out of supporting others, navigating through requests to understand requirements, and delivering important work, whilst keeping an eye out for opportunities to automate or streamline processes where possible for maximum efficiency.

To be considered, your CV and cover letter will demonstrate:

  • 1+ years providing support in an administration/coordination/office support role where you have honed your common-sense approach to problem solving and your ability to prioritise and manage expectation
  • Experience supporting managers and technically orientated/project teams within a business
  • You are technically savvy and quick to learn and use new systems (experience with large data base systems will be highly regarded)
  • Comfort in the use of Microsoft office, SharePoint, and financial systems, including advanced knowledge of at least one application like FMIS, Excel, Salespoint, SAP, etc.
