Justin [00:00:03] So you work as a fresh grad at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. What would you say is probably your single best piece of advice that you would give to someone who also wants to apply and work there, coming through this process as a grad out of uni?
Interviewee [00:00:15] I think my best piece of advice is to be ... just have a calm and considered approach and back yourself. When you have the confidence it it shows. And, you know, when you're meeting people, this is how you're going to make an impression. And at PMC we really prioritise, you know, your ability to make relationships and that emotional intelligence. So being able to demonstrate that is super important.
