Justin [00:00:01] So, can you tell me a little bit about what happens at EY's assessment center?

Charlene [00:00:04] Yeah. So we call our Assessment Centers "Recruitment Days" and basically there are ... It's a day where you get to meet the EY team that you're applying for. We usually do an interview, so it's usually a behavioral-based interview. We try to do it face-to-face when we can, but we also can do it virtually if you need. And then you also do a group activity, which is basically solving a case study in a group of other students. And it's to test your business acumen and your communication skills and how well you work in a team. And also, we try to make it fun and we know it's really stressful day for a lot of people. So maybe you need to do an interview to do so, we try to break it up with ... We do maybe like an afternoon tea to meet the other graduates and just talk to them about their experience? We do icebreakers and it's a fun day at the end of the day, and we try to run it as informally as we can because we want to get to know you. And it's also an opportunity for you guys to get to know us as friends as well and see if it's the right fit for your next step in your career.
