Charlene [00:00:10] So we first of all, look at the technical skills you have and the work experience and the extracurricular of how you use the rest of your time is really important. If you haven't been working well, it's been a while since you've worked. That's okay. We just want to see what else you do with your time. University study is really important, but we want to make sure that the person we're hiring has a good balance of social stuff, work, study, and other commitments. So if you do a lot of extracurricular rather than working, please put that on your CV, because we're just looking for someone that can bring lots of different skills and experience to the team.
