Meredith [00:00:07] Flexibility and the opportunity to be able to undertake the work that you really like to do and serve the Australian community from different locations. So for example, we're looking to build our regional talent profile for data and digital cadets. So that means you can do your work from where you live and you don't have to come to Canberra.
