No two businesses are the same and furthermore, no two days are the same. I am constantly learning about new businesses and industries and learning both technical and professional skills along the way.
There is a relatively steep learning curve for beginners, but if you put the effort in, it becomes very rewarding to learn the functions and process within the insurance industry.

In terms of my day-to-day work, I love learning how to spot the trends, risks or concerns within a set of financial statements and being able to present that to a reviewer and/or the client.
