Grad program has given me a great understanding of the business, as I had the opportunity to learn from my rotations, colleagues, peers, and the grad program itself.
The coolest thing about my job is that I am able to do an overseas secondment, which involves working for a different office in a different country. This allows me to travel a bit while working in a new environment.
Annie Wright graduated with a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Arts (Management and Human Rights) from Monash University in 2019 and is now working as a Supply Chain Graduate at Kraft Heinz.
The thing I love the most about my job is that I get to liaise with different kinds of people and personalities every day. I have always been people-oriented so when I do my job, I get a great sense of satisfaction when people tell me that I was able to help them with what they needed.
A great part about being at Woodside as well as in Project Function is that there is always work to be done and opportunities to get involved in. I’ve had the opportunities to deliver within the Projects Inclusions and Diversity team spreading awareness of International Women’s Day and pushing a great photo competition, a submission by my colleagues and me can be seen below.
