Step 1: March to April - Submit your 10-minute application.
Step 2: April to May: Shortlisted candidates complete a 10 to 15-minute one way video interview providing insight into your unique personality.
Step 3: April to May: If successful you will be invited to attend a face-to-face behavioural based interview with our senior leaders.
Step 4: June: Formal offer to join ACCIONA’s graduate program.
Step 5: January/February: Program commencement.
