We are an experienced data and analytics consultancy combining technical skill, commercial expertise, communication and listening. Our highly-skilled team use information management strategies and tools to help you make intelligent use of your data and make the right commercial decisions.

Our story has been driven by our ethos of ‘connecting with courage, heart and insight’, focusing on creating real and lasting relationships with our clients to help them deliver tangible results.

Recruitment Process

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process varies slightly depending on the type of role you've applied for. 

Our graduate experience 

1. Application 

After receiving your application one of our dedicated team members will contact you regarding your application including both successful and unsuccessful applications. 

Reminders:

- We want to know who you are, why you're passionate about Data and joining our team. So be sure to highlight your uni achievements, relevant experience including technologies you have worked with and your interests. 

- PDF is preferred

2. Talent Team Touchpoint 

A initial Microsoft Teams screening will be conducted with the recruitment team to discuss your experience and what we look for in individuals and alignment to the role. This will be 15-30minutes long.

3. Hiring Manager/ Technical Interview (case study) 

If you're chosen to move forward you will conduct a technical interview with the Hiring Manager and one additional team member. 

On completion of this interview depending on the role you may be asked to complete a technical task. This will be 30 - 60 minutes long.

4. Final Interview

Congratulations on making it this far!

A final interview with the Hiring Manager and a member of the People and Culture Team will be conducted to confirm you are the right fit for the Altis family.  This will be 30 minutes long.

5. Job Offer

We will discuss your offer (which will be pending successful references and police check), benefits, start date and all the finer details.
