Recruitment Process

Our hiring process typically includes the following steps:

Application Submission: Interested candidates apply by submitting their resumes and cover letters through job boards.
Resume Review: Our recruitment team reviews the resumes and cover letters and assesses the applicants' suitability for the role.
Phone Screen: We conduct a phone screen to get to know the applicant better and evaluate their experience, qualifications, and fit for the role.
