Pros & Cons

  • Flexible and kind culture
  • The people and organisational culture. Within my first 6 months, I have made lifelong friends and mentors who provide me with endless support and guidance to navigate my early career.
  • The culture, Colleagues with different backgrounds, possibility to rotate across different capabilities and maximise learning, personality are valued and career advancement strongly supported
  • Flexibility, challenging problems to solve, a very friendly culture, and a balanced work lifestyle.
  • The culture is fantastic. People are great—supportive, collaborative, and overall just super nice.
  • As PS is a growing company, not many people know the brand name outside of consulting, so it is sometimes hard to explain who I work for and what I do.
  • Some internal processes are still clunky.
  • I can't think about minuses! XD.
  • If I had to, then I'd say the salary could be a bit higher. But I'm happy with the current number, and there's no real negative I've come across.
  • People not coming into the office.

The hierarchy is quite flat. Everyone in the organisation is approachable and wants to help you grow and develop. After-office drinks are a fortnightly routine and help us socialise with all the faces in the office. When working in project teams, there is complete cooperation from all involved.

I think the graduate program offers a good salary and learning opportunities associated with it. Like for everything, there is room for improvement, e.g., to further develop the learning and training program offered, increase performance bonuses, or increase the salary, but overall, I think it is quite aligned and competitive with the market
