All permanent full-time and part-time employees of Ramsay Health Care are entitled to paid personal/carer’s leave, whilst casual employees are entitled to access unpaid personal/carer’s leave.

In addition, Ramsay Health Care Australia has formalised its long-standing support for employees who experience the heartbreak of stillbirth, by signing up to a national register which promises to provide them with paid parental leave. Our employees are also supported through access to free and confidential counselling.
