Our Graduate Program

Is a two-year program designed to empower you as you transition into the nursing field:

  • Year 1: You'll receive comprehensive support to ensure a smooth transition into the professional world. Through tailored mentorship and practical experience, we will empower you to excel in your clinical practice and gain the confidence needed to thrive in the field.
  • Year 2: You'll transition into your substantive role while simultaneously exploring a variety of development streams that align with your interests and aspirations. These include on-the-job consolidation, scholarships, postgraduate study, EN to RN transition programs and more. 

The program offers the flexibility to rotate across different specialties or sites.

Sites across Western Australia include:

  • Joondalup Health Campus
  • Hollywood Private Hospital
  • Glengarry Private Hospital
  • Attadale Rehabilitation Hospital

Specialties include:

  • Perioperative: We offer rotations through PACU, anaesthetics & scrub scout.
  • General Medical: Offering rotations with General surgical.
  • General Surgical: Offering opportunities in surgical care and recovery.
  • Mental Health: Offering rotations across other specialties or specialized rotations within Mental Health.
  • Rehabilitation: Offering rotations across other specialties or specialized rotations within Rehab.
  • Maternity: Offering rotations in areas antenatal, birth suite, port natal, and more.
  • Critical Care: Thrive in high-acuity clinical environment with the right support.

You Will:

  • Play a critical role in our vision to create and deliver extraordinary patient care
  • Work a flexible roster across a 24-month program (either full or part-time) with an ongoing role offered to you upon completion
  • Have completed or are towards the end of completing your Nursing or Midwifery degree (Diploma or Bachelors)
  • Meet the requirements to become an Enrolled Nurse, a Registered Nurse, or a Registered Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) prior to your commencement.
